Privacy Statement:

ARPʼs R&D engineering faculty, in addition to ARPʼs exclusive Para-R&D, asserts the following:

►  Barring explicit consent or exact legal requirements, under no other circumstances will
ARPʼs R&D / Para-R&D share confidential client information with a third party.

►  ARP retains client records / personal details only for as long as necessary,
after which such data is irretrievably deleted / destroyed.

   ►  ARP abides by a comprehensive policy of non-disclosure obligations. In particular, prospective patents and   
other intellectual property rights are protected via confidentiality agreements. ARP will not enter
into discussion with any third party regarding the contents of any document or
report that is likely to violate any part of this policy.

►  ARP respects a clientʼs “Right to Erasure” / “Right to be Forgotten” under Article 17
of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the
relevant provisions of the Data Protection Act 2018.
